Cords, tilt mechanisms, shades that hang unevenly and motorized controls. A repair listing does not mean every model or replacement part is supported.
Send the manufacturer, model or order label, a photograph and a short description of what stops working. Ask whether the business repairs that product even if it was bought elsewhere.
Confirm whether the work happens in your home, at a shop or at a manufacturer. Ask who removes and reinstalls the treatment and whether temporary coverings are available.
Separate the diagnosis, travel, parts, shipping and reinstallation charges. Ask what happens if the needed part is discontinued before approving a replacement.
